Its extra-wide platform gives pets more space to stand, turn and balance before moving onto the furniture.The 18.9 x 17.7-inch top allows dogs to place all four paws securely.

A furniture-grade frame and reinforced hinge hardware create a steady base in both ramp and ottoman modes. Combined load testing with an adult and a dog exceeded the listed 220 lb weight capacity.

For dogs that feel unsure on narrow steps, the four solid pine legs help keep the dog ramp stable. Each selected leg is about 2 inches (5 cm) in diameter.
